Although we cannot guarantee your Border Collie puppy will not be afflicted with any hereditary diseases, we do guarantee that we have bred only sound Border Collie's to the best of our ability and we are confident our Border Collie puppies are solid, healthy and well. We are offering the following guarantee:

The Breeder agrees to register the Border Collie puppy with the American Border Collie Association and provide the registration papers to the Buyer.

The Breeder guarantees the Border Collie puppy is in good health on the date of delivery. The Buyer has the right to return the Border Collie puppy to the Breeder within three business days after delivery and receive a refund of the purchase price if it is determined the Border Collie puppy is suffering from any disease. Documentation by a licensed veterinarian is required.

The Breeder guarantees the Border Collie puppy is free of hereditary defects to the best of his/her knowledge. Should the Border Collie puppy be diagnosed with hip dysplasia or suffer loss of eyesight due to Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) or Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA) prior to its second birthday, Breeder agrees to refund the purchase price. Buyer must present certification by a licensed veterinarian. Breeder reserves the right to receive a second opinion. Breeder does not assume any additional liability for possible genetic defects in the Border Collie puppy, and will under no circumstances be responsible for veterinary bills resulting from any such condition.

This guarantee applies to the original owner only.
